Navaho guided tour into the Antelope Canyon:
Antelope Canyon was created by spring flooding water. No one has ever lived inside the canyon. It has no petroglyphs. The entrance into the canyon has absolutely nothing special, and the whole canyon stayed unnoticed for many years, until some people accidentally got inside and took the first photographs. The canyon itself is only 0.5 mi. It is not so impressive if you just go along the canyon. You need to stay in the halls and look up to discover the most beautiful thing, which is the light coming from above and the shades of dark red – pink sandstone inside the screwed and twisted halls. Navaho Indians control the access into the canyon and forbid all self-guided tours. Only Navaho guided tours are available now, because recently some people have written their names on the walls of the canyon near the entrance.
